BRS are working with a well established Building Services Consultancy in Manchester.
We are looking to recruit a REVIT / BIM Technician.

The Role May Involve:
Assisting the engineers in producing accurate drawings and 3D models using Revit MEP.
Monitoring the adherence of project specific BIM requirements/standards.
Providing technical support to engineering colleagues.
Reporting on design clashes internally and within the wider design team.
Creating parametric families in Revit MEP
Support our profession wide Digital Engineering Lead in the deployment of new and advanced methods of engineering modelling and simulation.

Qualifications & the Experience we are looking for:

5 years of exposure as a Revit MEP Technician.
Someone who has a passion for Digital Engineering, BIM and innovation.
Who can demonstrate their experience of projects delivered within a BIM environment.
Building Services knowledge of design as this is essential to this role.
Ideally someone who can calculate and schedule within a Revit MEP environment.
Has knowledge and experience of advanced BIM technology.
