1 x Planning agent Officer – will need to help deliver a lighting project ,specifically will need planning experience , post will need to liaise with the planning department, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure all planning conditions for the project are met and provide updates and reports as the scheme progresses.

The candidate just needs to be familiar with the planning / application process and link in with key stakeholders to ensure submissions / requirements are met (they will need to do some of the applications).

They will be guided by others eg planners, national highways, historic England, ecology officer, network rail, Lite (the installer), Manchester airport group, Interchange developers, town centre team, conservation officer and more importantly the team to provide updates on the process and progress with the liaison / applications / approvals and deal with any issues.
