BRS are working with a leading M&E Building Services Consultancy in Manchester, who are now recruiting an Electrical CAD Technician.

Responsibilities / General day to day duties would include:

· Working as part of a team (both internal and external) to develop and deliver technical information.

· Using Autodesk Autocad to draft electrical schematics and 2D plans.

· Using Autodesk Revit to produce electrical 3D models and co-ordinate with other services.

· Assisting with the design of electrical building services including lighting services, cable calculations etc.

· Producing bills of quantities from the above and obtaining quotes from suppliers and manufacturers.

· Project administration e.g. produce H&S documentation etc.

Requirements:

· Previous experience of Autodesk products and building services is essential.

· Previous experience in building services / consultancies.
